EPIC Graphics, led by Dave Somers, and Charlotte Bradshaw Interiors joined forces to transform a 35,000 sq ft blank canvas at Cubic Offices in Sandyford, Dublin into a dynamic, future-focused workspace for up to 300 staff — catering to everything from focused individual work to collaborative and social spaces, with a cohesive design language throughout.
The project was guided by two principles: sustainability and biophilic design. Vistafolia’s ultra-realistic artificial green walls introduced natural texture and a calming atmosphere, with the durability and low maintenance needed for a busy commercial setting. Jagger panels from Wonderwall Studios’ Mixed Salvage collection — crafted from reclaimed vintage railway sleepers sourced from India — added warmth and character, creating standout feature areas across internal and external zones. Architectural film with realistic brick finishes completed the scheme, transforming surfaces quickly and cost-effectively while keeping strong visual consistency across the office.
The result is a workplace balancing functionality, comfort and visual identity, featuring a vibrant café, comfortable lounge areas, a refined boardroom and meeting spaces each with their own personality. Through the strategic use of faux greenery, reclaimed timber and high-performance architectural vinyl, EPIC Graphics and Charlotte Bradshaw Interiors created a future-ready office that sets a new benchmark for modern commercial interiors.
