Ardale Property is a fast-growing Irish real estate company known for developing high-value buildings and sustainable communities. Founded in 2012 by developer Emma Maye and Chartered Accountant and Growth Strategist Alan Hegarty, Ardale has built a strong reputation in the sector.
Driven by a commitment to sustainability, Emma Maye approached Surface Wow to help enhance Ardale’s newly designed headquarters. Known for its portfolio of innovative, nature-led materials, Surface Wow was a natural partner for the vision: a workplace that felt visually compelling and environmentally responsible, using carefully selected natural surface solutions throughout.
Emma specified a mix of Organoid, Wonderwall Studios materials and Vistafolia to bring biophilic texture and warmth to the headquarters. Each product was chosen for its strong environmental credentials and refined commercial finish. Organoid’s tactile botanical wall panels add subtle colour variation and sensory depth to key areas, softening the interior and strengthening the connection between workspace and nature. Wonderwall Studios’ high-quality wooden wall panels bring rich texture, warmth and craftsmanship, complementing the material palette while supporting the project’s sustainability goals. Vistafolia’s realistic artificial green panels deliver vibrant visual energy and the look of living planting without maintenance, giving Ardale a bold yet practical natural aesthetic for a busy office environment.
To create a strong focal point in the boardroom, Wow Wall Cubic panels wrapped in Architectural Design Film add visual interest and modern refinement, in line with the project’s sustainability ethos.
To bring the concept to life, Ardale partnered with Freeney’s. Led by Martin Everard, the team installed the selected materials, ensuring a seamless, high-quality finish throughout the headquarters.
The collaboration between Ardale Property and Surface Wow has transformed Core House into a sustainable, design-led workplace. Through botanical wall panels, sustainable wood panels and artificial greenery, the project balances natural aesthetics with commercial performance — creating a confident, future-focused space that reflects Ardale’s commitment to responsible development.
