That\u2019s the advice given to every first time buyer who is searching for their first home. Sarah followed that advice when she bought her first home, an apartment that was over 15 years old and had not been done up since. The kitchen was a great size but it was dark and drab. It still had the style from the time when it was built \u2013 wooden doors, grey appliances and black countertops with a mismatched counter added another time. So Sarah set about changing the kitchen. After buying your first home, there is always budget constraints.
