Miss Suzy<\/strong><\/a> is one of the latest culinary destinations to hit Sligo. The owners approached Tom Laverty from Irish Time Design to help get transform their vision to reality for their restaurant in the heart of Sligo town. One of the key design factors was to use Asian influences for both the owners and the designer. This was an instrumental vision for the project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Drawing upon his extensive experience in hospitality design, Tom Laverty explored bespoke and distinctive concepts for Miss Suzy. A central theme emerged \u2013 the integration of natural and sustainable materials in a modern and contemporary fashion. Introduced to the exceptional reclaimed wood panels from Wonderwall Studios at Surface Wow, Tom was captivated by the possibilities. The choice became clear as he laid eyes on \u201cSilver\u201d from the reclaimed teak collection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sourcing wood from abandoned structures, the team negotiates a price with the property owner, acquiring the scrap wood for a new purpose.
