How do I book a showroom visit?

We are appointment only so that we can give you 100% of our time! Just call us on 01 567 6200 or email us info@surfacewow.com to arrange your personal showroom tour.

What type of products do we sell?

We sell a wide variety of products ranging from natural and sustainable panels to SMC Sheet moulding and artificial green walls which have exterior use.

Are the products natural/sustainable?

Many of our products are natural and sustainable ranging from Cork to Moss to Alpine Hay and flowers! We can also provide all the information on the sustainability of these products.

Are the products fire rated?

Many of our products are fire rated and we can certainly provide all the information that is necessary.

Can you provide installation details?

Yes, we can provide installation details on all of our products.

Can you provide technical data sheets for your products?

Yes, we can provide data sheets for our products.

Do the products have warranty?

Many of our products have a warranty.

Can you provide imagery for your products?

Yes, we can provide imagery and in some cases CAD also.

Do you sell outside of Ireland?

Yes, we can sell outside Ireland.

How long does delivery take?

We will have a limited amount of items in stock however not all items are stocked. Generally, in this case, the lead time will be anything from 5 to 6 weeks from date of order.

Can I collect from store?

Yes, we can organise for collection or delivery to a nominated location.

How do I know which panels are the correct ones for my project?

We will do our best to advise you on whether the panels you have chosen will be correct for the substrate based on the backing. For example if you choose Evergreen Moss Standard and you need this to be adhered to a curved wall we would recommend Evergreen Flexi and so on.
