Transforming Tailor & Wolf’s boardroom with Wonderwall Studios Wheels
Introduction:
Tailor & Wolf are an award-winning interior design, architecture and branding company specializing in the fields of hospitality, F&B, high-end residential, PRS and healthcare. Tailor & Wolf’s story began in 2008 when CEO Audrey Gaffney started her own design company during a recession. In 2019, after the company outgrew its beginnings, Audrey Gaffney& Associates began its own transformative journey by re-branding to Tailor & Wolf.
The Challenge:
Interior Architect and Project Manager, Audrey has been transforming business through design for almost two decades. While rebranding to Tailor & Wolf, Audrey wanted her office workspace to reflect this. She looked at different ways this could be achieved and decided that the boardroom would be the best place to start. Importantly Audrey wanted to use natural and sustainable products to reflect her design ethos and re-branding.
The Solution:
After being introduced to Wonderwall Studios wood panels at Surface Wow, Audrey saw the perfect product to compliment her new vision for the boardroom.
She decided that the Mixed Salvage wood range from Wonderwall Studios would work perfectly in this newly re-vamped space and chose the “Wheels” product to frame the new Tailor & Wolf branding.
Wonderwall Studios Wheels:
“Wheels” is one of Wonderwall Studios’ signature panels, crafted from reclaimed hardwood sourced from redundant traditional buildings in Indonesia. The passage of time and the elements have transformed this wood into a unique work of art. Skilled craftsmanship has only enhanced the natural erosion, making it a true gem in the rough.
The Result:
Audrey’s decision to incorporate Wonderwall Studios “Wheels” in the boardroom’s transformation was a success as it brought the outdoors inside, creating a stunning biophilic design that harmonized with the Tailor & Wolf branding. The Wheels panel became the perfect natural framework for their vision.
